As most of you know the Royal Oak tennis club has been a member of the Centenary Association Club for the last 3 years.

Protocol for handling member issues/suggestions
 
 
All members are invited to submit comments and suggestions for improvement to our club, playing conditions, facilities, etc. As well, members are entitled to and encouraged to voice any concerns they have which they feel need to be looked at and resolved.

 

Parents of junior members (whether the parents are members or not) are also encouraged to participate in the process should they have any issues.
 
Your Executive Committee will acknowledge receipt of your emails/letters/telephone calls within 24 hours of receipt and will provide a response to you within 48 hours of receipt.

The Royal Oak Tennis Club General Meeting took place on Sunday, September 25th at 14h00. An item on the agenda was the election for all Executive Committee positions (with the exception of the past president)

 

The following individuals were elected: 

 

  • Michel Gaudette – President
  • Robert Cassius de Linval - Past President
  • Mark Boyle – Vice President
  • Sami Azzam – Secretary
  • Rita Shellard – Treasurer
  • Ian Deakin – Chairperson of the Grounds Committee
  • Diana Sanderson was acclaimed as Chairperson of the Social Committee
  • Robin Vosatka was acclaimed as Chairperson of the Junior Development Committee 

 

Your new Executive Committee would like to thank the members for the tremendous turnout we had at the meeting this year. There were 100 ballots cast which we understand is a record at the club and which shows the interest members have in the well being of the club

 

We will do our utmost to live up to the expectations and confidence you have placed in us.

L'assemblée annuelle du club de tennis royal Oak s'est tenue dimanche le 25 Septembre au chalet du club vers 14h00. Un des items  l'ordre du jour a été l'élection de tous les postes composant le comité exécutif (sauf le président sortant)
